Information on shipping, returns and exchanges
Please pay special attention to writing the details of the order. I am not responsible for errors in order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling mistakes or incorrect addresses.
Shipping and packing charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that have been accepted or are undeliverable.
If the items are in good condition but you still wish to return or exchange them, the buyer is responsible for direct and return shipping costs.
If you are returning a parcel, the refund will be made only after the postal service confirms receipt of the goods. In case of an exchange of the product, I will send you a replacement immediately after returning the package to the post office.
