We always do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that we process and ship orders only on business days (Monday–Friday) — weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included.
Also remember: production and shipping are two separate processes, each with its own timeframe.

Shipping Information, Returns and Exchanges

The buyer is responsible for both-way shipping costs (the return shipping and the original shipping) if the item is returned not due to our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund. Please provide photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
